2013年11月25日至27日,国内一家风电叶片制造企业通过真空灌注工艺成功地生产出第一支用于6兆瓦风力发电叶片的碳纤维大梁。见图片1:碳布大梁全景。

该大梁所用的材料为德国CTP树脂公司的潜伏型环氧树脂和德国SAERTEX公司专门制作了能够快速浸润和灌透厚实的大梁部件的碳纤维单轴向织物。该大梁最厚部分由超过70层碳纤维单轴向织物铺层组成但不到3小时就充分灌注完成。见图片2:碳布铺层过程。

From November 25 to November 27, 2013, one Chinese wind blade provider successfully produced the first carbon fiber spar cap in infusion for the 6MW wind turbine rotor blade.
Materials used were a latent EP resin system from CTP and an infusion-optimized carbon fiber uni-directional fabric from SAERTEX with increased permeability in z-direction which was specially developed for the infusion of thick parts.
The thickest section of the spar cap was made up of more than 70 layers of carbon fiber uni-directional fabric and it took less than 3 hours to infuse it.
Both CTP and SAERTEX supported the production team of this producer on site for the manufacturing of the prototype.
“This work represents a key milestone for the production of big rotor blades for this customer of ours and in China,” says Dr. Helge Haberkern, SAERTEX Asia. “Everything worked as planned which clearly shows that the material system and the process we had suggested are suitable for the serial production of carbon fiber spar caps for long wind turbine rotor blades which is also reflected in the short infusion time.”
To date, this new style blade for 6MW is the longest blade to be produced in China.
